Mac Eco system here to, and like you, no love with a bluetooth transfer, but I can't seem to find anyone discussing how to transfer the video clips that the DJI Smart Controller will render from their series of included pallets creating the different styles of clips from one's video with their Sounds and or Music already encoded depending upon which style you choose.  | I'm totally confused. There are files showing up on the smart controller but I can't find them searching the controller while connected to my computer. The whole logic of where files are stored is confusing. I can't get some of the videos through the "coding" thing where it smoothes it out. Do I put the file into the "100 Media" folder on the aircraft's SD card and then download it to get it to do that coding thing where it fixes the jumpy parts of the video? | i have just purchased the DJI Mavic 2 Pro and DJI Smart Controller. I have two SanDisk Extreme Pro SD cards. What do I do with them?  | why would you waste all that time... just make C1 or C2 button the playback function and push it, it'll bring up all your internal footage. Then push the select option and select all the videos and screenshots the push the download option. Takes a little while but they'll definitely be on the sd card after. Then pop that sd card into your computer and open the DJI folder, then open the dji.go.v4 folder, then the DJI Album folder and there you'll see your videos and pictures. ****important**** But when you record straight to the sd card the last folder won't have the internal storage footage, so instead of opening the DJI Album folder last you would open the DJI_RECORD folder and there you'll see all the footage from your sd card. I failed to properly insert the SD card in the drone last night; the smart controller did not notify me until the flight was nearly over; asked me something like "no SD card, do you want to use internal memory", I clicked yes. No images on the card at all and the sc only has the last four shots; there are 74 images in the cache which I want to transfer to my Mac laptop.
