 | The only think that's really bad about IJN DD guns are that they turn as slow as bb guns, but if they are in the right direction, you can really hit something and in 'the old days' when Mutsuki was the tier 6 dd it took a long time before those torps were reloaded compared to the Minekaze and that ship also OP in the beginning with 10 km torps and I thought 55 knots which reloaded in 90 sec.  | I love Mutsuki, she's one of my favourite DDs and yes, I consider her really bad, this match was pretty much the enemy team potatoing and sailing straight into torps, if you play against people that know how to WASD hacks it usually doesn't go that well. Reminder that torpedo boats are considered "Feast or Famine". The problem I see with Mutsuki is that she's bad compared to her peers, she has the worst gun DPM of the tier, and the torpedos, despite good, have a very slow reload for the tier and are limited to two launchers, Minekaze has 3 launchers with the same amount of torpedos, yes, Minekaze has 1km less and they do less damage, but they reload in 2/3 of the time Mutsuki does and having 3 launchers instead of 2 offers a bit more versatility.  | The Mutt has two things. First it is tie with the Minekaze and Minekaze clones for the best surface detection above tier 4. Second, it's torps hurt HARD. Twice in the match hitting a cruiser with 2 torps is almost enough to put them down. Other destroyers often go down to just one torp. While it isn't a good ship, it isn't bad either.
